Shivam Awasthi is a highly skilled software engineer with over 4 years of experience in developing robust code for high-volume businesses. He has a strong understanding of Software Development Practices, Object Oriented Design Principles, and Agile Software Development. Shivam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Currently, Shivam is a Project Lead at Oracle, where he is working on Rest API for Oracle Autonomous data warehousing and autonomous transaction processing product in Oracle cloud. He has also developed Jenkins Integration with ADW to automate ADW service setup for BMC refresh end to end. Shivam has worked on the design, development, and testing of the marquee features of the 20.1 Database release -DBNest– by writing extensive PL/SQL codes, debugging stored procedures and fixing code for these features. He has also worked on automating the rest API testing for all the ADW and ATP endpoints in Oracle cloud. Prior to his current role, Shivam worked as an Associate Software Developer at SAP, where he primarily worked in the CRM domain and the Custom Development team for standard SAP products. He was also part of SAP innovation projects and developed Android apps for SAP Dkom, IOTChef, and worked on Internet of Things (IOT). Shivam has a strong technical background and is proficient in Software Engineering, testing, SQL, Jenkins, Integration, and Android. He has relevant experience of 8.44 years and is a strong engineering professional with a passion for developing high-quality software.
