Shivam Bangia is a skilled Software Engineer with over a year of experience in building and working with Web Applications. He is a Computer Science Graduate from BITS Pilani, and he enjoys working in fast-paced, growth environments. Currently, he is working as a Senior Software Engineer at IDfy, where he is responsible for developing new web applications for Video KYC and working on the platform upon which the application is built to increase its stability. As a member of the Platform team, Shivam helped in building a lighter, improved version of the existing authentication service using an external Identity Provider. The new authentication service replaced the individual services that different products were using. As a member of the Solutions team, he worked on implementing new features for the Video KYC application, contributed to increasing the stability of the application, and helped configure the Video KYC setup for many clients. During his internship, he also participated in a Hackathon to build a COVID-19 detection app, where he worked on the front-end for this application and built a heat map to show the concentration of cases in a particular area. Before joining IDfy, Shivam worked as an intern at Podar Mills, Pvt Ltd, where he developed an android application implementing a Leave Management System, which was greatly appreciated by the employees at Podar Mills. Shivam's education background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is proficient in Software Engineering, Web Development, Frontend Development, and Android Development. With his relevant experience of 2.86 years, Shivam has developed a strong foundation in the field of Software Engineering.
