Shivam Guleria is an International Recruiter (APAC) with a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams. With a focus on software engineers, Shivam has been involved in managing the complete end-to-end delivery towards “Tech Hiring” for multiple clients like PhonePe, Amazon, Meesho, Nykaa, INDmoney, DE Shaw, Arcesium, Dunzo, Zepto, Rupeek, etc. Currently, he is working as a Lead Recruitment Researcher at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions, where he manages and mentors a team of recruiters. Shivam has a strong background in recruitment, with over 3.7 years of relevant experience. He has worked in various roles at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions, including Senior Recruitment Researcher and Recruitment Researcher. In these roles, he was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client engagement, candidate assessment, and headhunting for high-end technology companies and startups. He has sound experience in doing mapping and headhunting for clients. Shivam is a graduate of Uttaranchal University, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree. He has a keen interest in research and search, which is reflected in his tech stack. In addition to his professional achievements, Shivam has a passion for gaming, riding motorcycles, and traveling, preferably in the mountains. He is a strong advocate for equity in the interview process and building diverse and inclusive teams.
