Before Tekenlight Solutions, Shivam worked at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer, where he provided technical support for Documentum-based software. He wrote JAVA programs for multiple data changes, provided enhancements, and utilized Documentum API's and libraries for these programs. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from IET and a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
