Shivam Jalotra is a highly skilled Software Engineer with 2.19 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working at oneplus, he has a strong background in AdTech and has previously worked as an SDE Intern at Columbia University in the City of New York. During his time at Columbia, Shivam worked on improving the startup time of the backend server, implemented APIs to automate logdump collection, and used MongoDB as a database layer to make the server stateless and collect logs. He also automated sending and receiving messages on some messaging platforms for custom usage and implemented Frontend using Jinja + Html + Css to help visualize results. Before joining Columbia University, Shivam worked as a Machine Learning Intern at CDAC, where he implemented Custom Architecture in Tensorflow for Handwriting Recognition. His work contained 6 CNN layers along with 2 Lstm layers, and he implemented front-end and back-end to automate word segmentation. Shivam graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in 2021. He also holds a CBSE-12 degree from Delhi Public School and a CBSE-10 degree from DMPS. Shivam has a diverse tech stack, including expertise in Javascript, Frontend, Backend, Docker, MongoDB, Python, Django, ML, CNN, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, and Tensorflow. He is passionate about learning and applying new technologies and is always looking for ways to improve his skills.
