Shivam Jindal is an accomplished IT professional with over 5 years of experience in software development, sales and operations, value selling, and sales enablement tools. He is currently working as an Associate Manager for Data Consulting at Accenture, where he is responsible for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with people at different levels. Shivam is equally comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented startup and a large multinational team where stakeholders are diverse in work experience, culture, and geographic location. Shivam has worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including Oracle and RewardTrunk. At Oracle, he was a Software Engineer and was responsible for developing and maintaining the Value Navigator (VN) tool suite of value selling tools to help Oracle Sales teams with account planning, initial customer discussion, and discovery. He also managed the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) dashboard for creating new reports and making changes in the repository. At RewardTrunk, Shivam worked as a Software Developer and was responsible for creating new modules for the Employee Recognition and Rewarding System. He outlined the architecture and handled production and development servers on AWS. Shivam is a PGDM (GMP) candidate from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he is pursuing Business Administration and Management.
