He also worked with Tower Research as a Core Engineering Software Developer in the cloud services team and observability component, where he was responsible for managing ELK infrastructure and helping other teams in better visibility into their cloud workloads. Currently, Shivam is working to solve observability and automation challenges in low latency systems at Millennium.
