Additionally, Shivam identified a lack of telemetry and monitoring in micro-services and integrated them with AWS ELK & NewRelic. Shivam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from ABES Engineering College, where he graduated in 2018. He also completed his 12th Boards PCM, Science with Mathematics from Delhi Public School in 2014 and his 10th ICSE Board from St. Mary's Convent School, Ghaziabad, in 2012.
