Shivam Kumar is a Software Developer at Barclays with a passion for DevOps. He is a Computer Science graduate from SRM University and has gained experience in various internships and professional roles. During his internship at Roboorbit, Shivam built a Dialogflow agent with server and database connectivity, as well as a native application for both iOS and Android using the React Native framework. He also worked on various IoT projects and wrote blogs during his internship at Roboslog. Currently, Shivam is an Associate Software Engineer at Amdocs, working on an Amdocs In-house product Service Order management (SOM) for COMCAST client. He is responsible for solving customer issues facing while progressing an order through SOM and works closely with the development team on what to change in code or what to add either to remediate the issue or enhance user experiences. Shivam's past experience includes working as a Back End Developer at Roboorbit. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from SRM University and has completed his senior secondary education from R.P.S. School. He also achieved a 9.6 CGPA in his higher secondary education. Shivam's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Backend, iOS, DevOps, React Native, and Android. He has relevant experience of 1.43 years and is driven to continue learning and growing in his career.
