• Worked closely with senior leadership of oncology business unit and conducted multiple ad hoc analysis for three patent-expired blockbuster drugs, identifying the impact and sales erosion caused by the launch of biosimilars. Resulted in 2-10 percentage points of market share increase in 2022
• Monitored and analyzed KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to the client leadership team with high-quality visualizations, and assisted in devising sales, marketing, and growth strategies through ad hoc sales performance reports for multiple brands
• Collaborated with cross-functional team (such as field team, marketing team, business team, and contracting team) to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations
• Synthesized large volumes of patient-level claims data to analyze HCP-level prescription and brand performance, and automated recurring reports using PySpark, SQL, and Excel, reducing turnaround time by 40 percentage
