He then joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where he was part of the team responsible for developing essential experiences for Surface Duo, a dual-screen foldable Android device. This included the System Camera, System Settings, Setup Wizard, and Tips. Shivam is a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. During his time at IIT Guwahati, he gained a strong foundation in computer science and developed expertise in his field of study.
