Shivam Mishra is a skilled Backend Developer with a strong hold on data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Directi, where he has built currency sync microservices from scratch that support various currencies for bidders and push chunks of data to Kafka. Additionally, he has designed services that measure the performance time end-to-end of running scripts, helping the team evaluate the rendering time. Shivam has also worked as a Software Development Engineer at McAfee, where he worked on the end-to-end design of the Health Watch Tool, designed an API to fetch the details collected by consumer servers, and identified the severity of it by comparing it with corresponding benchmarks. He also designed various user-driven features for collecting user configuration data for comparing with the set benchmarks and fixed high vulnerability bugs. Shivam has a passion for learning new things and implementing them practically. He actively participates in coding contests on HackerEarth, Codechef, Leetcode, and Project Euler. He is proficient in Go, Kafka, Redis, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, and has experience in dotNET, Javascript, Web, Java, MongoDB, Microservices, DevOps, NodeJS, UI, and MySQL.
