Shivam Narang is an experienced Category Manager with a strong background in information technology and services. He is a Business Analyst with a proven track record at McKinsey and UrbanClap. Shivam has recently forayed into the healthcare industry with the aim of promoting hearing aid devices in India and helping hearing-impaired people regain the joys of their life. He is currently the Business Head (Marketing & Growth) at HearClear India. Shivam completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering. He then worked as a Junior Research Analyst at McKinsey, where he worked with the Global Marketing Centre for one of the Consumer Electronics giants. He tracked recent trends in the industry and piloted a new project to track competitors' movements in the Southeast Asia region in real-time. Shivam then joined UrbanClap as a Category Manager, where he managed the customer experience for Men's Grooming. He helped the company improve the average customer rating from 4.4 to 4.7 and the NPS from 38% to 58% as the category grew from 2 cities to 10.
