Shivam Raj is a highly ambitious Machine Learning Engineer with over 2 years of experience in developing data-driven models for process efficiency, preventive maintenance, and predictive alerts for anomalies and breakdowns prediction in the manufacturing industry. He is skilled in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and MLOps implementation, including source code management, containerization, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring. Currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Livnsense Technologies, Shivam has gained expertise in data analysis of manufacturing industries, mathematical modeling, and predictive and prescriptive data analysis on historical plant data to get insights from process parameters for both batch and continuous manufacturing industries in the automobile, cement, and smelting industry. He has also developed different regression and forecasting machine learning models for process efficiency, preventive maintenance, and predictive alerts for anomalies and breakdowns. Shivam has optimized the carbon emission by optimizing the process parameter. Shivam has experience in MLOps lifecycle implementation, maintaining source code and ML model repository using Git, and Gitlab. He has containerized the application along with ML models using docker containers and Kubernetes clusters, and has also implemented continuous deployment using Jenkins pipeline. Shivam has automated hyperparameter tuning using AutoMl tools like- TPOT, Optuna. Prior to his current role, Shivam has worked as a Summer Intern at the Ministry of Defence of India and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Vardhan Consulting Engineers. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Silchar.
