Shivam has taken the initiative to build the first team full of full-stack engineers for People Interactive. He has helped the firm grow all user metrics multiple times, be it revenue, orders, or engagement metrics. Shivam's team has delivered the first PWA and managed to serve it on all platforms. For Android and iOS app users, they wrapped PWA in the native apps. Shivam has also built custom pages optimized for SEO using Next.js and TypeScript, and even delivered sitemap dynamically as Sangam.com has more than 150 subdomains. Shivam has built the first BFF (Backend-for-frontend) that helped the team do away with a lot of legacy code. He has managed the legacy code of the back-end (monolith) and migrated a lot of it to microservices using modern languages with better architecture. Shivam has deployed almost all services (apart from a few legacy apps written in PHP) using CI/CD (Docker, AWS ECS, GitLab CI). He has also built the automation test suite for the front-end using webdriver.io and the supertest suite for the legacy back-end. Shivam has a degree of compassion for the consumers of the products he has been building, and he always strives to be right for them. He is a metric-driven person, helping businesses to maximize their metrics. Shivam has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from K.C. College of Engineering and a background in Science from C.P. Vidya Niketan.
