Shivam S. is a highly experienced IFS FSM/WFM Solution Architect and Solution Designer with a passion for learning new technologies and techniques. With 10 years of experience in DOT NET technology, Shivam has worked in various areas like product development, consultation, testing, and support, and possesses in-depth knowledge of several business workflows. Shivam has worked in domains like finance, hospitality, and telecom, with applications like CRM, ERP, and FSM. He has been passively involved in activities like requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, project delivery, R&D, and POC of new and old concepts, which has helped him acquire great in-depth knowledge and abilities. In his current role as a Software Support Engineer at Jaguar Software India, Shivam provides training to internal and end-users, liaises with users, agrees on proposals, handles support issues and feedback, and provides remote support for tickets. He also holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science in IT from Punjab Technical University and completed his high school education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Beed.
