Shivam Sengar is a Salesforce certified B2C commerce developer and technical lead with over 6 years of experience in the field. He has hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud foundational concepts such as setting up Controllers, ISML templates, Scripts, Services, Jobs, Forms framework & Custom objects, Einstein Recommendations & Search Suggestions. He has extensive knowledge of Business Manager configurations and merchandising options including setting up taxation, shipping methods, payment configurations, catalog & promotions management, and eCDN management. Shivam is experienced in setting up development & deployment processes and has hands-on experience integrating B2C Commerce Cloud with 3rd party systems, including multiple payment gateways, Gift card system, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. He has also led technical teams to ensure timely delivery adhering to quality standards. Currently, Shivam works as a Technical Lead at ranosys, where he has implemented new software applications to roll out across the business enterprise, including E-commerce. He has experience in Digital Transformation and integration for multiple Payment gateways, OMS & WMS. Shivam has also set up CI/CD process for automated code deployment using SFCC CI and has end-to-end SFRA knowledge and established the practice in the organization. He is also involved in training new team members and is a key person in building Architect of the project from scratch and led the discovery phase. In the past, Shivam has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at hawkscode, where he led the end-to-end project life cycle from technical aspects for discovery phase to development, deployment, Go-Live, and maintenance. Shivam has supported software integration and implemented maintenance enhancements to boost the product development cycle.
