Shivam Sharma is a seasoned Product and Fintech Strategy professional with over 3.86 years of relevant experience. He is currently serving as the General Manager - Product Fintech at Poonawalla Fincorp. In his previous role as a GYLP Associate at Bajaj Finserv, Shivam played a pivotal role in developing the core e-KYC functionality as a plug-and-play service for multiple LOBs. He also designed a solution for end-to-end digital onboarding and issuance of the EMI Card, the flagship product of BFL. Shivam was part of the core App Solutions PMO to develop the Bajaj Finance Super App, the first B2C initiative at BFL. He prepared BRDs, liaised with multiple departments, and acted as an SME for EKYC, Bureau, and EMI Card services. Shivam has also worked as a Product Manager for Marine Insurance at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he benchmarked the current marine policy issuance portal to identify market trends and gaps. He created a dashboard for Marine LOB, which increased visibility and adoption of existing online products. Shivam redesigned and automated the current process of policy issuance, reducing time by utilizing APIs. He also created wireframes for a new portal and MVP for a portal used by Marine Insurance. Shivam has a PGDM degree in Business Management from XLRI and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. He is proficient in product management, web, AI, integration, and mobile technologies.
