Shivam Shekhar is an experienced Software Engineer with a solid background in web development. He is skilled in developing RESTful services using Javascript and has considerable experience with frameworks such as NodeJS, ReactJS, RabbitMQ, Typescript, and MySQL. Currently, Shivam is working at Microsoft as a Software Engineer 2 in the Canvas Ink Engg team, where he is specifically focused on improving drawing experience for office online apps. Before joining Microsoft, Shivam worked as a Software Engineer at C2FO, where he was a full-stack developer in the Capital Finance Team. He worked on product features such as integrating TReDS flow with C2FO's Early Pay product. Shivam also worked at Paytm, where he was a Software Engineer in the Promotions team, specifically working on a backend service known as Storefront, which powered Paytm's entire homepage. He also worked in Paytm Mall's Physical Fulfillment team as the module owner of Invoice generation microservice, where he optimized it to ensure long-term stability and cutting infra costs. Shivam worked on other critical product features like integration of third-party merchant's entire order processing flow with Paytm Mall, among others. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
