Shivam Shekhar is a software engineer currently working at Hyperface, where he holds the position of Software Engineer (SDE-2). With over 3 years of relevant experience, Shivam has worked with various companies in the past, including udaan and kissht, where he held the positions of Engineer and Data Analyst, respectively. During his time at udaan, Shivam played a pivotal role in building an end-to-end onboarding journey for the invoice financing product, udaanCapital app. He iteratively improved upon funnel conversions and TAT to ensure a streamlined and efficient loan application process. Additionally, he worked on building an in-house Loan Origination System (LOS) from scratch to further streamline loan application processing. At kissht, Shivam incorporated location-based risk factoring in credit risk models and created a live heatmap displaying risk scenarios. He also designed and developed a Shiny-based interactive data slicing and dicing tool for monitoring the performance of existing credits. Furthermore, Shivam worked extensively on automating processes at the merchant-level and transaction-level for efficient monitoring. Shivam's educational background includes an Integrated Master of Technology in Geological Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He also completed his CBSE from The Avadh School, Gomtinagar, Lucknow and his ICSE from St. John's School, Jaunpur. Shivam's technical skills include expertise in Software Engineering, Spring Boot, Spring, Azure, Kotlin, React Native, AWS, ML, and Data Science.
