He is proficient in AWS services, web development, and deployment, and has hands-on experience in using big data technologies. Shivam published his first research work at the ICMI conference last year in the same domain, which was also his thesis. Before joining USF, Shivam worked as a software developer for 3+ years, where he worked on building and managing large-scale cloud-based Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions. He is also proficient with AWS services, web development, and deployment and has hands-on experience in using big data technologies. Shivam has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida, and he is expected to complete his Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida in December 2021.
