Shivam is a Software Engineering Specialist currently working at General Electric. He is responsible for the Frontend Development of the project LFC (Load Frequency Control) under the WAMS (Wide Area Management Systems) team using Angular Framework and GE's in-house developed UI/UX components. With a relevant experience of 2.86 years, he has gained expertise in Javascript, Frontend, AngularJS, Typescript, Spring Boot, Spring, ui, NodeJS, Python, and Java. Prior to joining General Electric, Shivam worked as a Public Relations team member at the Department of Architecture & Regional Planning, IIT Kharagpur. Here, he was responsible for dealing with the Branding and Public Relations of the department. He also conducted various workshops at inter-college as well as intra-college levels and managed the partnerships of the annual magazine STHAPATI of the Department of ARP, IIT Kharagpur. Shivam has also worked as a Unit Secretary at the National Association of Students of Architecture. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He completed his degree in 2020 and has been associated with the institute since 2015. With his expertise in Frontend Development and a strong educational background in Architecture, Shivam brings a unique perspective to his work at General Electric. He is a team player and has a track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
