Shivam Verma is a technology leader with a passion for building great products and solving real-world problems through technology. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in product development, architecture and design, data engineering, reporting systems, and building teams. Currently, Shivam is the co-founder and CTO of Chat360, where he is developing and evolving an AI-powered SaaS product that helps over 200 enterprises generate more digital revenue with reduced cost per lead. Some of the notable companies that have benefited from Chat360's services include Renault Saudi Arabia, LG Saudi Arabia, Vectus India, Faber India, Okaya Batteries, and Microtek. Prior to Chat360, Shivam served as the product development lead at SMS-Magic powered by Screen-Magic Mobile Media and as a software consultant at ChangeX. In both roles, he demonstrated his expertise in product development and architecture, leading teams to build successful products from conception to production. Shivam holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, where he graduated in 2015. He also attended Mercy Memorial School, UP, where he completed his secondary education in 2010. With a strong tech stack that includes expertise in senior software engineering, mobile, AI, and data engineering, Shivam is well-equipped to take on any challenge.
