Shivang Goel is a highly skilled and motivated graduate student in Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Software Development. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Shivang has honed his skills in multiple areas of software engineering, including SQL, testing, quality assurance, and web development. Currently, he is working as a System Engineer at iris software inc., where he is responsible for developing queries and stored procedures for reporting data using PL/SQL, creating and executing test cases for quality assurance of a web-based application, and automating manual support processes using RPA. Shivang is a quick learner and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in his field. He is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Concordia University, which he expects to complete in 2022. Prior to this, Shivang earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2016. Throughout his career, Shivang has demonstrated a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. He has experience coordinating with development teams offshore and onsite for timely resolution of bugs/defects and requirements gathering and elicitation from clients.
