Shivang Gupta is an analytics and product strategy leader with a strong focus on AI and product development for social-economic welfare and investment. He believes in the principle of simplicity and empathizing with end consumers to build constructive products. Currently, he is working on building a customer-centric insurance aggregator and facilitator in India with a data and product viewpoint. Shivang has over 7 years of relevant experience in building scalable and sustainable analytics and data product functions. He has designed and launched data-driven strategies from scratch for the fastest multi-billion dollar e-commerce giant of the MENA region, noon.com. As a Senior Manager and Head of Analytics and Data products at policybazaar, he is working towards making PB the most customer-centric insurance aggregator and facilitator in India. He is building processes, frameworks, data models, and products to improve issuance and customer excellence strategies. He is also managing service side analytics and products, CX analytics and products, incentive and payout frameworks, and corporate insurance product design and analytics. In his past roles, Shivang has worked as a Sr. BI Engineer and Data Product Owner for noon.com's Group Strategy Office, driving multiple projects with strategy, finance, M&A, investor relations, commercial planning and pricing, and central OPS teams. He has also solely built BI processes focusing on performance tracking and breach analysis for all major business and cross-functional teams by designing and developing 25+ live dashboards and 40+ automation processes in the first 6 months. Shivang has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science Engineering from the LNM Institute of Information Technology and a Business Lessons Cohort from Harvard Business School Online.
