Shivang Suchak is a Technical Lead with a passion for technology, business understanding, and user experience. With a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering, Shivang understands the importance of understanding product requirements and seeing software development from various perspectives. His interest lies at the intersection of technology, business understanding, and user experience, making him an ideal candidate for Product Management roles. Shivang has worked as a Founding Software Engineer and successfully developed, managed, and deployed an award-winning Chatbot Dara, built using Microsoft Bot Framework, Facebook Messenger API, React.js, and HTML5. He has also served as a Project Manager for a cryptocurrency as well as personal and business investment advisory application, onboarded junior developers, and ensured they understand the functioning of the startup culture. During his grad school, Shivang worked as a Software Research Assistant and worked on various projects ranging from IoT, Software Testing, and Technical debt. He is always open to talk about technology, product, leadership, philosophy, and different cultures, making him an excellent communicator. Currently, Shivang is working as a Technical Consultant at Piano, a company that provides a platform for digital content monetization. In the past, he has worked as a Software Research Assistant at Penn State Great Valley and as a Project Manager at IoTReady Pvt Ltd. Shivang holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Technology in BTech from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He has relevant experience of 3.35 years and possesses skills such as Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, Test, Product Manager, Javascript, MongoDB, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Microservices. Apart from his professional work, Shivang also serves as a research volunteer for a non-profit organization, Lifehouse Project, Inc. that works towards providing shelter as well as personal development programs for the survivors of domestic violence and human as well as sex trafficking.
