Shivangi Saxena is an MBA student at LM Thapar School of Management with a passion for exploring and solving complex management problems. Her journey started with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Mody Institute of Technology & Science, Sikar. After graduation, she worked as an Associate Software Engineer in an IT company for 2.27 years, where she realized her desire to pursue an MBA to achieve her career goals. Currently, Shivangi is interning with three startups, including LM Basket as a Social Media Marketing Intern, B- School Bulls as an Intern in Demat Department, and Starting A Start-Up as a Content Writer in the YouTube Marketing Team. Her internships have given her the opportunity to showcase her creativity, passion, and knowledge in marketing, advertising, and digital marketing strategies. She makes advertising posters and videos, and her skills are enhanced every day as she learns something new. Shivangi's interest in management was sparked by the challenges that arose due to the pandemic in 2020. She was perplexed to see how companies and governments worldwide were trying to solve complex management problems with fewer people and more operational and innovative complexities. This experience generated her interest in management, which eventually turned into a passion to solve complex management problems one day. Shivangi's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and a current pursuit of an MBA from Thapar School of Management. She also passed higher secondary from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Mathematical Biology. With her experience in software engineering and her passion for management, Shivangi is well-positioned to land a job that aligns with her career goals.
