Shivangi Sinha is an experienced Consultant with a focus on optimizing HR systems and enabling business strategy through technology solutions and design thinking. Currently working as Lead - HR Digital Strategy and Transformation at Baker Hughes, Shivangi partners with functions/platforms to redefine the limits within the HR ecosystem and finds sustainable solutions that add value to the ongoing digital transformation. With a demonstrated history of working in the consulting industry, Shivangi has experience in tying existing business with corresponding ERP packages and functionalities. She has previously worked with RBC as an Integration Developer, where she played a key role in the successful delivery of over 20 integrations for the Re-Imagine HR (RHR) program. Shivangi provided technical leadership to business/vendor teams and fully owned the integration solution end to end, from planning to deployment. She also led discovery, design workshop, and effort estimation discussions with business/vendors for integration systems, and designed and built custom inbound/outbound integration using Core Connector, EIB, and Studio. Prior to RBC, Shivangi worked as a Consultant at Deloitte, where she focused on delivering integration solutions to Workday clients as a Workday Certified Integration Consultant. Shivangi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from BIT and completed her schooling at Ahlcon Public School. Shivangi's technical skills include integration and testing, and her relevant experience spans 8.86 years. She is passionate about leveraging technology to drive HR transformation and enable business success.
