Shivani Hooda is an experienced Back End Developer with a strong background in Python programming language, C++, and Web Development. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology and an MSc in Computer Science. Currently, she is working as a Software Engineer at indmoney, where she has been responsible for building Web APIs using Flask and Django framework in Python for different projects. She has developed a Catalogue engine for the platform for various investments like Stocks, US Stocks, FDs, etc., by integrating with various data providers. Shivani has also ensured faster searching by implementing ElasticSearch on the catalogue level services across multiple indices. She has integrated with Shriram Transport Finance for online FD bookings and payment gateway. Shivani has designed and built various features like INDProtect, Liquid-Switch, and Other investments to make financial tracking seamless and investment easy. Prior to her current role, Shivani worked as a Software Engineer Intern at indmoney, where she developed notification services for users at various steps in an online FD journey, like order placed or payment success. She also scheduled various tasks for data syncing for catalogue services and file updates on S3 for recommendation system syncing. Shivani has also worked as a Research Intern at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where she worked with Professors to understand Finite Element Modeling, which is the creation of a suitable analytical model to represent the structure to be analyzed, in this case, a human body during an accident.
