Shivani Ravi is an Associate Program Manager at Freshworks, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. At Health Sensei India Private Limited, Shivani analyzed and tested bio-medical devices, conceptualized and co-designed an Optical Character Recognition Scanner to be integrated into the main cloud-based application, and worked as a Java Developer Intern. Shivani holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM Easwari Engineering College, where she graduated in 2018.
