Shivanju Awasthi is a co-founder at Astu Credit, a company that helps people improve their credit scores by converting their existing expenses into credit payments. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Shivanju has a strong background in software engineering and research science. Prior to founding Astu Credit, Shivanju co-founded Airtap, where he gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship. He also worked as a Member of Technical Staff 2 at VMware, where he was part of the CloudHealth team. During his time at VMware, he built the inventory transformer for vCenter data, which was a crucial step in private cloud cost estimation. He was also responsible for building the module for multi-cloud budget comparisons. Shivanju is a highly educated professional, having completed an Integrated Dual Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He also completed his 6th to 12th-grade education in Science from Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Sanatan Dharma Vidyalaya, Kanpur. Shivanju has a strong tech stack, which includes software engineering and research science. He has co-authored a patent (approved in USPTO) and two RADIO (VMware internal conference) research papers. He was also part of a four-member team that won the VMware BORATHON for the year 2019.
