Shivank Joshi is an ambitious entrepreneur and problem solver with a passion for building things and helping people. He is the Founder and CEO of Piyaoo Tech Pvt Ltd, a stealth startup in the mobility space that is set to launch in January 2023. Shivank is also the President of the Entrepreneurship Cell at Plaksha University, a greenfield technology university and philanthropic initiative by a global community of entrepreneurs. Before founding Piyaoo, Shivank gained experience in teaching for three years, starting up (with one failed startup in health tech), and working in a few tech startups, including Orangewood Labs (YC 18). He also spent one year at NIT Surat for his BTech. Shivank is highly passionate about solving problems and revolutionizing the education system of India, with a goal of creating problem-solving products for the world. Shivank's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology from Plaksha University, where he was part of the founding UG cohort and built drones (Ornithopter). He also completed his first year of BTech in Computer Science at IIIT and an online certificate in Data Science and Programming from IIT Madras. Shivank is currently pursuing a Startup MBA from STOA School. In addition to his professional pursuits, Shivank loves to read, travel, and meet new people. He is also learning to play the flute. Shivank's past experiences include being a Startup Founder at GSF Accelerator, where he worked on a startup in the mobility space and was selected for the GSF Academy Winter 2022 program. He was also the Founding President of E-Cell Plaksha University, which fosters entrepreneurial thinking, business knowledge, and instils confidence in aspiring entrepreneurs.
