Shivanksha Marupuru is a seasoned manager with over 13 years of experience in the sustainability, farming, and IT industries. She is currently the Co-Founder of dr. meat, a pet food manufacturing and distribution company. Apart from her professional work, Shivanksha is a passionate advocate for sustainability and social enterprise. She has been actively volunteering with NGOs in the sustainability space for the past 3 years and has recently worked as Operations Lead in Project StepOne Trust NGO, providing a telemedicine platform in partnership with 13+ state governments in India during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shivanksha is also the Founder of Happy Feet Club, an organization that collects and donates footwear to underprivileged children in Bangalore. She is an Advisor to MITU foundation, where she promotes sustainable menstruation and creates awareness about menstrual cups and reusable pads in both rural and urban Bengaluru. She has also helped them raise funds through various CSR activities, raising ₹40 Lacs. Shivanksha's experience includes heading operations and strategy for a ₹300 Cr Poultry farming company and 5 years of data and analytics experience in IT multinational companies. She holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology and has completed an MBA Bootcamp from Stoa School.
