Shivansh Tyagi is the CEO&CTO at nbyula - skillizens without borders, where he is building one of the most immersive, community-driven marketplaces for international work and study aspirants. He is an expert in marketplace liquidity, unit economics, product-market fit, fixing the cold start problems, user CACsVsLTVs in the context of verticals & the marketplace, and internalizing network effects within the marketplace construct. Shivansh is passionate about leveraging actionable gamification, network effects, high-performance automation, open source software, and hybrid cloud to achieve this with the least possible overhead while supporting 100s of thousands of users globally. He works with a highly energetic nbyula team to create products in the field of education to navigate students & young professionals through the labyrinth of international work & study. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Shivansh has a strong background in senior software engineering, mobile development, integration, and backend solutions. Before joining nbyula, he worked as a Senior Engineer at MobStac, where he planned, designed, and helped implement mobile products using bleeding-edge technologies in the mobile platforms/applications field. He also helped identify and integrate open source/enterprise solutions to be used in the MobStac platform like cloud services, CRM, and backend solutions. Shivansh was a core team member at MobStac, where he joined the founders as the first team member and helped build the next generation of Mobile Internet products that enable publishers to make their digital content 'Mobile Ready'. He expanded the team by hiring employees to function in various departments like engineering, sales, marketing, etc. and worked with channel partners, vendors, consultants & customers to help formulate the platform and product roadmap. Shivansh has a CCIE in Micro and Nano Sensors Fabrication from the Indian Institute of Science, a B.Tech in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Roorkee, and an AISSCE in Computer Science from St. Gabriel's Academy. He is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about building innovative products that solve real-world problems.
