Shivaraj Magadi is a Technical Lead at Carl Zeiss Vision, with a passion for developing solutions to solve challenging real-world problems in the domain of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, 3D Vision, and Deep Learning. With over 9.86 years of relevant experience, he is a Computer Vision and Machine Learning researcher with an established track record of building successful customer applications. Shivaraj is currently working on medical equipment algorithm development involving 3D computer vision and machine learning. He has previously worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Soliton Technologies, where he was responsible for computer vision research and development involving pattern recognition, hand-written character recognition, Multiview Geometry, SLAM, Virtual reality, and 3D Computer vision. He has also worked as an Application Engineer at Qualitas Technologies, where he worked on image processing and machine learning projects for industrial automation involving OCR, Pattern Matching, Pattern recognition, and Laser triangulation. Shivaraj holds a Master of Technology degree in Data Analytics (Software Systems) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from University Visvesvaraya Collage of Engineering, Bangalore. He also has a 12th-grade degree in Science (PCMB) and a 10th-grade degree in Science from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Gadag. Shivaraj's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Computer Vision, ML, Research Scientist, Deep Learning, and Image Processing. With his expertise in these areas, he has been able to make significant contributions to the development of successful customer applications.
