Shivathanu Gopirajan Chitra is an experienced Web Developer with a passion for building products that solve real-world problems. He started coding as a hobby and has since then grown into a skilled developer with expertise in various programming languages and tools. Shivathanu has a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Velammal Institute of Technology. Shivathanu's skills and interests include Javascript and Node. He has over seven years of relevant experience in Web development, software engineering, backend development, microservices, integration, data warehousing, and more. He has worked with various technologies, including SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, and Apache Hive, among others. Shivathanu has also worked on projects involving text classification and machine learning. Currently working as a Software Development Engineer II at Wekan Enterprise Solutions, Shivathanu has previously worked as a Technical Lead and Backend Developer at Mudey. At Mudey, he built a message queuing pipeline for asynchronous handling of long-running tasks, developed scalable backend infrastructure, and created GraphQL components that served as an API gateway for the system. He also helped the administrative team to effectively manage end-user documents by providing a managed file service. Shivathanu is a team player who enjoys mentoring team members and sharing his knowledge and expertise.
