Shivdas Itankar is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for product management, market research, and strategy. He is currently pursuing a PGDM in Rural Management from WeSchool Mumbai and has a strong background in working capital products, priority sector lending, and rural management. Shivdas is a design thinker and product marketing strategist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative solutions. Currently, Shivdas is working as Deputy Product Manager - Rural Lending B2B & MSME (Bharat Banking Initiative) at Axis Bank, where he is responsible for providing tailored banking product offerings to the RUSU segment. He handles a product suite of 13+ products, including government initiatives such as CGTMSE, AIF, PMFME & ECLGS in B2B Retail category. Shivdas has also worked as a Founder at edvertise.co, where he started a digital community for marketing enthusiasts with 20+ volunteers across different B-Schools. As part of his MBA program, Shivdas designed a business revival strategy for commercial real estate "Project Skycity" for GVK-MIAL. He also surveyed 90+ premium fine dine restaurants in Mumbai for a live project he did with Cresla Technologies. Additionally, Shivdas spent 15 days in rural tribal areas (Aine, Palghar) to study financial inclusion and banking structure at the grassroots level, which helped him acquire knowledge about rural markets. Shivdas is a national finalist and second runner-up of STRAT-JACK Contract Farming Strategy Case Study competition organized by FABM, IIM Ahmadabad for consecutive 2 years (2019 & 20). He enjoys brainstorming over case studies and is always up for a challenge. Shivdas is also skilled in graphic designing, storyboarding, and content creation, which he enjoys doing in his free time. Overall, Shivdas is an approachable and reliable team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve his goals. He is currently open to freelancing opportunities in business strategy, management consulting, and product design/management domains.
