At CleverTap, Shivendra works across Backend Product Development for the Product Integrations Team. His responsibilities include mapping functional and non-functional requirements to Software Design problems and driving E2E story development, designing and developing highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery/output and seamless integrations with interdependent systems. He also builds reusable code and libraries, follows high code standards, unit-testing, and automated test coverage, and owns the entire lifecycle of feature development, test, deployment, fixes, and improvements. Shivendra has previously worked with SAP and BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd., where he gained experience in Backend and Frontend software development within the Benefits Team and Finance and Banking Domain, respectively. He is a Bachelor of Technology graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology and has completed a Software Development course from Scaler Academy. He has also graduated from Innvent Start Up School at SAP Labs.
