Shivendra Nigam is a highly experienced Delivery and Pre-Sales Region Head for South East Asia at Qualtrics, with expertise in implementing and automating enterprise products focused on the BFSI sector. With over 14 years of experience in the banking and technology industry, Shivendra has implemented large-scale banking projects in various verticals such as CRM, Experience Management, Pricing, Billing, Core Banking, Mutual Funds, and Mobile Banking. He has gained expertise in various modules such as Sales Management, Marketing Management, and Case Management. Shivendra has also worked with Yes Bank as an Assistant Vice President, managing streams from different technologies, gathering complex business requirements, preparing and reviewing RSDs/BRDs, finalizing FSDs, monitoring the conduction of User Acceptance Test, and resolving escalations on daily system issues and providing effective solutions. Shivendra's education history includes a Master's degree in Information Technology/Finance from IIT and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
