Shivendu Sinha is a functional consultant at Infosys with a keen interest in operations, marketing consulting, and MarTech. He recently completed his PGDM in E-Business from Welingkar Institute of Management, with majors in Operations and a vertical in Consulting. Currently, he works as a Process and Domain Consultant for the Supply Chain Planning function. Prior to this role, Shivendu had 2.5 years of pre-MBA experience in Network Engineering at Ericsson, where he contributed to value chain enhancement by providing remote software configuration, integration, and UAT support for LTE Network for various client service operators such as AT&T, Roger's, VI, and more. He was acknowledged with the Power Performer Award at Ericsson for his KPI monitoring process improvement and optimization in the form of RPA scope identification and implementation resulting in higher CSAT scores, along with FTE, LOE, and cost reduction. Shivendu has also worked as a Project Management Associate at Indegene for the Enterprise Marketing and Customer Experience portfolio (EMCE: Content and Design Solutions). He was responsible for ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of digital assets for the pharmaceutical client AMGEN (EU region). He managed the entire project lifecycle, including all the process groups (project initiation to closure) and applicable knowledge areas. Apart from his work experience, Shivendu possesses a proactive bent of mind with strong interpersonal skills. He is a firm believer in empathy, quite diligent and process-oriented, loves being delusional at times for achieving the extra mile. He is interested in Sr. Associate - Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Management, Project Management, Research, etc. roles across all industry verticals with decent exposure in Telecom, Healthcare & Supply chain sectors. Shivendu's education history includes a PGDM in E-Business from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PES University.
