Shivika Tyagi is an experienced Engineer with over 2 years of expertise in IT Infrastructure Management and monitoring tools to support large user groups & servers. She is currently working with Navisite India Pvt Ltd as an Engineer, where she is responsible for configuring and managing the monitoring tools like Zabbix, ELK, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, ITSM & Jira. She is an expert in developing and implementing custom and automated solutions using Python, Powershell, Shell scripting, and Rest APIs. Shivika has developed automated solutions for ELK, Zabbix, MSSQL, MongoDB, and Dell EMC storage using Python and Rest API. She is well-versed in AWS and has a strong technical background in Python, MSSQL, MongoDB, and infra. Shivika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and DPG Institute of Technology and Management. She is an AWS Certified professional and has a strong understanding of ITIL. As a responsible and hard-working Engineer, Shivika has been successful in supporting large user groups & servers.
