Shivmitra Mishra is a seasoned problem solver with an eye for detail and a knack for the big picture. Currently working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, he is part of the IAM Just in Time access team, where he has designed and implemented the integration of JIT service with Hashicorp Vault dynamic secret engine for AWS credentials using Golang. Prior to joining Salesforce, Shivmitra has worked with Microsoft and Adobe. At Microsoft, he worked as an SDE 2 in the Enterprise Cloud and Kaizala WebApp teams. In the Enterprise Cloud team, he worked on the Cosmic platform, which is an Azure Kubernetes Service-based platform that simplifies deployment, scalability, and redundancy story for partner teams. He also implemented a solution for easy RDP access to production servers and migrated partners from existing partner-owned identity to cosmic-owned identity. In the Kaizala WebApp team, he worked from scratch as the first developer on the Kaizala WebClient, which uses Kaizala Mobile App as a server and an intermediary relay server for communication between webClient and mobile app. He also led and managed a team of 4 interns for the Microsoft Foundry Internship program. At Adobe, Shivmitra worked as a Software Engineer, where he developed a library for easy monitoring of external API response time, errors, Redis cache miss and hit, etc., in NodeJS. Shivmitra holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Jabalpur and completed his higher secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He has 8.45 years of relevant experience and is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Salesforce, Mobile, AWS, UI, Spring, Integration, Java, Kubernetes, Redux, iOS, Azure, Infra, Android, Redis, and Golang.
