Shivnath Mazumdar is a highly motivated and balanced global business leader with over 15 years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, Sales, and Team Leadership. He possesses a unique blend of business and technology acumen and has a talent for creating strong relationships with key decision makers within client and partner organizations. Currently, Shivnath is serving as the Leader - Strategic Alliances, APAC at Persistent Systems, where he is responsible for implementing a 360-degree management of relationship and driving a ‘mindset shift’ in sales engagement with partners. He has successfully elevated the status with strategic partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Red Hat, Saviynt, Appian, Outsystems, and range of emerging technology companies. Shivnath's tenacious commitment to growth and profitability has led him to demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to delivering quality results in challenging and dynamic environments. He is working towards bringing 2-3x revenue growth to the alliances portfolio by 2024, taking partnership levels to the highest credentials in the region by 2023, and exploring 2-3 new and more profitable revenue streams year-on-year. Prior to his current role, Shivnath has held leadership positions at Persistent Systems and Microland Limited, where he was responsible for driving sales and alliances. He has a credible track record in Alliance Management, Business Development, Sales, and Team Leadership. Shivnath is a conversationalist and a Starbucks fan. He holds a BE degree from Birla Institute of Technology and has completed The Entrepreneurial Edge - Online program from London Business School. He is currently pursuing the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executive - Leadership, Strategy, and General Management, which he is expected to complete in December 2022.
