Job Responsibities:

	Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter
	Strategic hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner
	Providing support to various departments on human resources planning, handling grievances, drafting/developing Employee Handbook, attitude surveys, exit interviews, etc.
	Create active pipeline for critical positions by researching and contacting colleges, premier institutes, employment agencies, recruiters, and job boards.
	Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. Maintaining record for total number of joinees/offers, hiring status (open/closed positions), break-up between sources used (employee referral, direct, agency)
	Preparing monthly MIS Reports HR Dashboards, Monthly Business Reports, etc.
	Perform day-to-day activities to meet departmental objectives.
	Planning and timely completion of mid-year and annual performance reviews
	Maintenance & Preparation of payroll sheets & Attendance Records through biometric attendance capturing machine
	Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files and records are kept up-to-date.
	Act as a focal point for all initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures.

	Advertisement
•	Prepare job descriptions of various positions based on ToR received.
•	Ensure advertisement of vacancies, screening and shortlisting resumes as per the requirement.

	Interview
•	Coordinate with candidates and conduct written test (if required) and interviews for more than 400 candidates. (Undertook recruitment for social development sectors like: Communication, Polio, Social policy planning, monitoring and evaluation, nutrition, child protection, education, water and sanitation, advocacy and partnership).
•	Prepare interview minutes and take approval from interview panel members.
	Contracting
•	Prepare offer letters and employment contracts; ensure provision of legal contracts and share with recruited consultants.
•	Ensure compliance with all legal/ statutory requirements related to the rules and regulations.
•	Maintaining personnel files of all recruited consultants both digital and manual.
	MIS
•	Maintaining monthly consultant deployment reports.
•	Maintaining Recruitment tracking sheet.
•	Maintaining clients’ contracts tracking record.
	HR Administration
•	Managing other HR related activities like; insurance, capacity building, exit formalities, centralized leave and attendance record.
•	Contribution in developing HR and administrative guidelines and ensure its dissemination and compliance.
•	Liaise with finance department to ensure timely processing of professional fee payments.
•	Address effectively any emergency/ crises/ accident related to HR

	Management
•	Vendor management: Follow-up to raise invoices, settlement of pending claims, ensure compliances with all statutory requirements.
•	Provide travel and logistics support.
