Shobhit Sharma is a problem solver and co-founder of PulsOps, where he is building the central nervous system for delivery operations. With over 11 years of relevant experience, he is passionate about working collaboratively across teams to deliver customer delight and business results. Shobhit has worked with dynamic teams of engineers, designers, and analysts to solve problems on behalf of customers at Gojek, where he held the position of product management. During his tenure, he solved problems in the areas of care experience, payments, and growth, making in-app help the preferred channel for customer support, making payments robust and delightful for users, and sustainably increasing platform transactions and margins. As a product manager for developer productivity tool Nutanix Calm at Nutanix, Shobhit led feature development from research/ideation to GA, working closely with engineering, UX, SE, and sales communities to drive customer delight and product adoption. His key projects included app marketplace, self-service portal, cost and governance, asset library, and multi-cloud app actions. Shobhit holds a post-graduate program in management from the Indian School of Business, where he studied marketing and information & technology management, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Rajasthan. His tech stack includes product management, image processing, research scientist, software engineer, Postgres, object detection, OpenCV, object detection, test, Typescript, Java, and AngularJS.
