Shobhita Saxena is a highly motivated and experienced professional with over 7 years of product management and development experience across fintech, ecommerce, and SaaS domains. Currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Zeta, she has played a pivotal role in envisioning the core product units of Tachyon, Zeta's cloud-native and API first Neo-Banking SaaS platform, to democratize banking technology. She has led a team of experienced product managers, charted the roadmap for the platform, and next-generation back-office interface. Shobhita has built and launched critical features for Tachyon credit stack and owned credit APIs exposed to fintech/Banks developers as a product. She has also led a SaaS-based and API-driven Customer Origination, CLM and Support platform and owned a full-stack card issuing and online card management software platform. She is involved in defining product roadmaps, doing system design thinking, crafting rich user experiences for different personas, performing rigorous inter-team coordination, customer interaction/client demos, and doing sales enablement for post-launch feature release. Prior to Zeta, Shobhita worked as a Product Manager at Times Internet, India's largest tech community for programmers to read the latest tech news, learn, upskill & compete with fellow techies in hackathons. She launched enterprise product LiveCode, an online interview platform with collaborative coding experience for remote evaluation of candidates. She also relaunched the enterprise product, CodeJudge, a skill-based assessment platform for identifying top developers. She has also worked as a Product Manager at IndiaMART, where she was the owner of Buylead Relevancy and Consumption/Txns Business KPIs on IndiaMART's desktop platform. She delivered IndiaMART's first Seller Personalisation-based Machine Learning Model on production to improve Buylead Relevancy and Seller-Buyer matchmaking on desktop. Shobhita holds a Master of Technology - MTech degree in Computer Science from IIIT Delhi and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from GGSIPU. She has also completed her schooling from Presentation Convent Sr Sec School. Her tech stack includes product management, ML, and test.
