Shraddha Chavan is an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and Java programming. With over 5 years of IT experience, she has developed a deep understanding of software testing, regression, automation, and API testing. Shraddha is currently working as a Software Engineer Testing 1 at smallcase, where she is responsible for automating web application testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework and writing test cases using element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features, and TestNG Annotations. Shraddha has hands-on experience of working on different frameworks customized according to the requirements of the project. She has also developed frameworks mainly to extend them. Backed by strong credentials, including a computer science degree, agile methodologies, and monitoring tools, Shraddha is an excellent team player with an analytical mind bent to problem-solving and delivering solutions. At Infosys, Shraddha worked as a Test Engineer, where she was responsible for test automation using Selenium with Java language. She was involved in writing test automation scripts and in-sprint automation of user stories. She was also responsible for representing offshore QA team in all agile ceremonies and working closely with Dev, BA, and PO for analyzing the production bugs, recreating them in QA environment, and testing them after code fix. Shraddha is a self-motivated, energetic, and highly ethical professional who is able to immediately contribute to corporate goals and objectives. She has excellent written and communication skills and is experienced in interacting with business users and clients to test according to their requirements.
