Shraddha Rashmi is a talented Product Designer with a passion for art and its various forms. With over 3 years of relevant experience, she is currently working as an Experience Designer at humanx, where she focuses on designing for delight and the human quotient. Shraddha's expertise lies in conceptualizing and producing design flows, customer journey maps, UX writing, experience and site maps, and translating business requirements into low and high-fidelity prototypes. She has also carried out UX research and defined information architecture based on business requirements across multiple projects. In her previous role as an Experience Design Professional (XDP) at them consulting pvt. ltd., Shraddha collaborated with multiple business stakeholders, senior designers, product managers, and developers in Agile environments across projects. She also conceptualized and designed multiple social media teaser campaigns for product launches, carried out animation and prototyping for user flows, and oriented the team with new tools like Miro and Mural for UX mapping and white-boarding. Shraddha has also worked as a UI/UX Consultant at proactive for her, where she designed mockups and wireframes for landing pages and blog pages on Webflow, created customized icons as per brand guidelines, and designed low-fidelity mockups of teleconsultations on the portal. Shraddha holds a certification in UI/UX Design Career Track from Springboard, where she studied Industrial and Product Design. She also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Bangalore Institute of Technology and completed her High School education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Public School, Nigahi.
