Shraddha Waghmode is an experienced Lead Web Developer with over 8 years of experience in the Information Technology and Services Industry. Currently, she is working as a Program Lead I at JIEM India, EduLab Group. Shraddha has worked with various companies in the past, including JIEM India and Barracuda Networks Inc. At Barracuda Networks Inc, she worked as a Lead Web Developer and was responsible for analysis, design, development, and QA of the corporate website. She led the web development effort to redesign the company website with new features and design integration. Her responsibilities included providing required resources to the development team, doing requirements analysis and back-end design/development, helping the development team achieve project milestones on time, and performing quality assurance to enhance user experience. She was also actively involved in the analysis and development of in-house Content Management System, which helps technical as well as non-technical personnel to manage the web content effectively and easily.
