Shraddheya Shendre is an experienced software developer currently working in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. With a working experience of Java, JavaScript, Python, and C++, Shraddheya has a proclivity to learn new technologies. Shraddheya has worked on identifying software-based risks and designed mitigating control infrastructure for algorithmic trading systems. As a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, she implemented a framework for efficient checking out and building of code repositories and running tests, manipulated soft links to optimize on the total storage used across different users, and proposed the use of File System over Database for storage to mitigate large record sizes and to ease the data migration process. She also used React.JS front-end framework by Facebook to expose a responsive interface to the end-user and used Node.JS back-end framework for exposing APIs to handle the common host for storage. As an intern at Rupeek, Shraddheya worked on a prototype for calculating the stone deduction from jewels' images using computer vision and image processing, helping in the calculation of net weight of gold from the gross weight of the jewel. Shraddheya holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in Software Engineering, Backend, Javascript, Infra, Frontend, Python, Java, Computer Vision, Image Processing, NodeJS, and ReactJS. With 3.87 years of relevant experience, Shraddheya is a highly skilled software developer with a passion for learning and developing new technologies.
